BuzzTrail is an AI-powered inbound sales platform that uses Hyperhumans to run live SaaS demos, qualify prospects, answer buyer questions, and capture valuable sales intelligence directly to your CRM.

What is a Hyperhuman?

A Hyperhuman is an AI video sales agent trained on your product, sales process, FAQs, positioning, qualification framework, and demo flow. It can speak to prospects in real time, guide them through your product, and capture what matters.

Why did you build BuzzTrail?

We built BuzzTrail because our Founder Mike Pritchett had too many high-intent buyers arrive on his company website, ready to learn, but were forced into forms, delayed follow-ups, or generic demo requests. BuzzTrail lets buyers engage instantly, while giving sales teams better context.

Who is BuzzTrail most suited to?

BuzzTrail is best suited to companies with large inbound volume, an existing SDR motion, or a customer lifetime value that is too low to justify the CAC of human reps handling the demo manually.

Is BuzzTrail replacing salespeople?

This is always a contentious one. BuzzTrail handles the first layer of inbound engagement, qualification, product education, and demo discovery. For certain-sized deals (sub $50k ACV), a Hyperhuman can take the deal all the way to close. For Enterprise deals, Human salespeople still own the relationship, trust, negotiation, and complex buying process.

Is BuzzTrail suitable for early-stage startups?

Can we review BuzzTrail calls?

How do we get started with BuzzTrail?

How long does setup take?

Getting your very own Hyperhuman only takes 10-15 minutes of your time, from here, we need 4 hours to breathe life into your new creation. Simply copy that code snippet onto your website and you're live! 

What do you need from us to launch?

Our Hyperhumans absolutely love learning from your best reps, so any existing call transcripts are gold dust. We typically also need your website, sales deck, demo script, product information, FAQs, qualification criteria, or sales enablement material

Do we need technical resources to implement BuzzTrail?

Some very basic technical support may be needed for website embedding, CRM integration, and data configuration, but BuzzTrail is designed to reduce the workload on your internal team. Certainly no code writing.

What happens if the Hyperhuman cannot answer a question?

If a question is outside the approved knowledge base or requires a human, BuzzTrail can capture the question, flag it for your team, and guide the prospect towards the appropriate next step. They will not make it up, they will let the prospect know that they don't have that answer

Can we update the Hyperhuman after launch?

Yes. Your Hyperhuman can be updated as your product, messaging, pricing, positioning, FAQs, and sales process evolve. In fact, with our continuous training loop, your Hyperhuman is listening in on your best reps calls and automatically updating on FAQ's and best practices.

Is BuzzTrail SOC2 compliant

BuzzTrail is currently working with Vanta to implement SOC2. We are designed with security, privacy, and responsible data handling in mind. We only want your Hyperhuman using approved information and capturing data in ways that support your sales process safely.

Does BuzzTrail hallucinate?

BuzzTrail is designed to work from approved knowledge sources and guardrails. If it does not know an answer, the goal is to avoid guessing, capture the question, and route it to your team for follow-up.

Can BuzzTrail be used for outbound sales?

BuzzTrail is focused on inbound engagement. It is designed to convert visitors and prospects who come to your website or enter your inbound sales journey.

Can BuzzTrail handle multiple languages?

BuzzTrail can be configured for different markets and language requirements depending on your deployment needs. This can be discussed during onboarding.

Is BuzzTrail only for SaaS companies?

BuzzTrail is especially well suited to SaaS because SaaS buyers often need product education, demos, and qualification. However, it can also support other B2B companies with complex products or demo-led sales.
